Zymus’ manufacturing operation is affectionately known as Diver Dan. Our founder, Dan Pederson, was a huge fan of this 1960s children’s TV show. The eponymous hero was a smart, problem-solving, multi-talented character – and so the name seemed doubly appropriate!
We’ve been helping food manufacturers since 1984, formulating innovative, cost-effective products. We keep consumer convenience and wellness at the heart of our scientific developments, and are focused on adding value to our customers’ brand.
